With nearly a dozen entries, it was difficult to select the winner... but we did!
About Our 2026 Video Scholarship
California Freethought Day believes that secular rights, science, and the First Amendment should be celebrated, and wants to support students as they further their education.
To further that goal, we've launched a social media scholarship contest for middle school, high school, trade school, and college students anywhere in the United States.
We awarded $1,500 to our favorite video that reflected on our theme in the form of a public service announcement (PSA):
