Capitol Tour

Tour the Park Before the Event

We've partnered with the Capitol Museum to provide a free Capitol Park Outdoor Tour to our guests, right before the start of our event.
Tour highlights include outdoor monuments and memorials, native plant life and gardens, and the history of Capitol Park.

A Few Notes

Tour guests should be at the center of the California State Capitol Park (13th Street at Capitol Ave, see the 🟦 below) by 10:45 AM. The tour begins promptly at 11:00 AM.
We'll finish the tour at 11:45 AM to return back to the Capitol West Steps in time for the start of California Freethought Day at 12:00 PM.
The tour is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, even if you have pre-registered with us. Late arrivals may not be accomodated.
